A small hole but there is nothing below - waiiting to collapse

A hole has developed in a repair on the road next to a drain. If you look inside, the hole goes down to the drains. This is in a place where the cars turn and it is dangerous because it all could collapse.

The hole has been superficially covered up/patched up with no attempt to fill in the underlying hole. One car has driven over the patch and it has already sunk a little. This is not a fix for the problem which is a huge hole underneath that could subside and severely damage a car. It is just a poorly made patch to cover up the problem.

All they did was a temporary fix and it continues to sink. If it isn't fixed properly a car will go down the hole and will be destroyed.
The bad fix shown in the photo at least was done quickly but this is not a solution.

The temporary repair isa sinking deeper and deeper every time a car goes over it. It will soon collapse and cause an accident.
